Vintage Pennsylvania Special Alto Saxophone + Case

Information is sketchy on this instrument but here’s what we know so far..

Pennsylvania Alto Saxophone, Czechoslovakian made for the Selmer company. A rare example of this earlier Sax in a great looking copper coloured lacquered finish. The two lower key pads are on opposite sides of the bell which would indicate the instrument to be made circa 1920/1930. Instruments after this date had the more familiar configuration of both lower key pads on the right hand, players side. 
In excellent overall condition for an instrument of this age with just some signs of tarnishing on some of the keywork. A lower support post has been reattached on the bottom of the sax, resulting in a patch of lacquer burn. Pads all look fairly new so must have been re-padded recently.
